My Profession
I am a Food Engineer with more than 15 years of research activities on food processing, handling, storage and packaging.As part of my work I advice the industries on system development for food industries.I graduated from University of New South Wales in Sydney Australia in 1991. For my Ph.D program I work on food rheology, that is the study on changes in the physical behaviour of a product during processing.
